Baldwin Building Company is a full service, licensed and bonded, design & build contractor, located in Jackson, Michigan since 1973.

 

We can handle any project from a simple basement renovation, to building an addition, to designing and building you the home of your dreams. 

 

Our founders, Steve and Zoe Baldwin, are hands-on in every project and use as few sub-contractors as possible to ensure that clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded every step of the way. We can assist with all stages of your project from site selection to interior design. Steve Baldwin was born and raised in Jackson, MI where he attended Napoleon High School and studied architecture at Jackson College. He began his career in the construction industry over 45 years ago, working alongside a local builder. In 1984, Steve and Zoe met and began working together as Baldwin Building Company. Today, they have four wonderful daughters -- two of whom have continued the Baldwin tradition of excellence with careers in design and architecture.
